Young IA Weekend 2008 - "The Big London Night Out"

This will be held on 1st November 2008.

• Attendance is open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 40
  
  
• All bookings must be received by 8th September 2008. Any cancelled bookings after 8th September 2008 will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full amount paid.
  
  
• Accommodation is at the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel in London in Studio rooms (bedroom and sitting room with double sofa bed) and delegates will be asked to share with another delegate of similar age and sex.
  
  
• Delegates may request single occupancy of a room, however full price for the room will be charged, which is an extra £64 on top of the £120 delegate fee. If anyone would like to book for single occupancy they should contact Richard Shawyer, the Young IA Co-ordinator (richard.shawyer@iasupport.org) before completing this application form.
  
  
• Any member of IA who may be unable to attend this weekend on the grounds of cost can apply for financial help to attend the weekend through the Young IA Bursary Fund. Anyone interested in applying to the Bursary Fund should contact Richard direct (richard.shawyer@iasupport.org) or complete the application form here.
